For many, remote work is more than enough to create deep and lasting change — especially when practiced consistently.
It is ideal if you are not local, if you travel, prefer working from home, or need ongoing support between in-person sessions.

In-Person Individual Healing Sessions
When we are in the same location, I offer deeply immersive sessions integrating emotional, somatic, energetic, and structural work in a single session.
Stage 1 — Dialogue and Assessment
We begin with a grounded conversation to understand where you are, what you’re feeling, and what your system is carrying.
I then scan your body to feel and read emotional wounding, relational patterns, and the deeper layers shaping your responses.
Stage 2 — Guided Meditation Practices
I then guide you through the same meditation practices I teach remotely — but practiced together, which creates a deeper, more immediate shift in presence, awareness, and internal coherence.
Stage 3 — The Transformational Healing Work
This is where the deepest transformation occurs.
Having trained with a traditional Native American doctor from the Kiowa Tribe — a medicine man — I work as a conduit, in the same way Indigenous healers have done for thousands of years. During these sessions, many people feel this presence working within them — facilitating the healing of their bodies and minds, mending broken hearts and other deep emotional wounds, restoring their sense of connection, increasing their capacity to love and be loved, and building the internal resources needed to realize their true potential.
Those who have experienced this work often describe entering a profoundly deep trance or dreamlike state. In that state, trauma and stagnant emotional residue are transformed and digested at a deep level, allowing a new internal foundation to form. People come out feeling lighter, freer, clearer, and with far greater internal resources available to navigate life.
As the body opens and your range of motion increases, you become more embodied, more functional, and more capable of engaging fully with the world around you.
